Making his second presentation to the Auburn Rotary Club during the past two months, Dr. Terry Jenkins spoke to the club about growth in the Auburn City School system. Dr. Jenkins outlined a 10-year capital improvements and capital expansion plan for current and possibly future school facilities in the school system. City Manager (and Auburn Rotarian) David Watkins assisted in the presentation in discussing opportuities the city has in self-financing the plan, instead of going to voters with the need for increased taxes.
