Dr. Fred Kam on new healthcare legislation

Dr. Fred Kam (right), a board-certified internist and medical director of the Auburn University Medical Clinic, recently spoke to the Auburn Rotary Club regarding new federal healthcare legislation. Dr. Kam explained to the club some of the more confusing aspects of the healthcare legislation and what it means both for businesses and the community.
